phmaca's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. phmaca does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
phmaca reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phmaca's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, phmaca reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or infringement of its intellectual property rights.
